If you decide you wish to buy after browsing our styles and colourways then please contact us by email and let us know which raincoat you wish to purchase and your telephone number. We will check our stock and let you know as soon as we can if it is available. If we have the desired raincoat we will telephone you and invite you to pay by card over the phone (apologies, we do not accept American Express or Maestro) or by cheque. We can also accept payment directly into our bank account and will let you know our bank details if this is how you wish to pay. When payment is confirmed we will send your purchase immediately by First Class Recorded post. Within the UK please note that we charge £3.00 P&P for 1 raincoat, £4.00 for 2 and £5.50 for 3. We welcome customers from overseas and will discuss delivery charges on an individual basis via email.
If we do not have your raincoat in stock we will give you a realistic, estimated date for delivery. We will not ask for payment until your order is in stock.
We hope that we have represented the gorgeous colours of our rainwear faithfully but please take into account that all computers show colours with varying degrees of accuracy.

We love nothing more than hitting the road with Rosey Parka. Seeing our loveable rainwear light up a grey day is a joy. Below you will find the dates and locations of where you can find us in the near future. As an added bonus of visiting us on the road we always try to offer a special (lower than via the Internet) price at these events. We look forward to meeting you soon.
After an enjoyable and successful time at the Brighton Open Houses and the South of England Show we are taking a bit of a break. We have no events booked at the moment but will let you know as soon as we do.
We have opted to take a fairly unconventional approach to selling on line which we hope, when you have read our reasoning below, you will both embrace and enjoy.
You will find that this showcase for Rosey Parka is a transactional site although not by the usual method of payments via a processing agency.
We are a small company and wish to stay that way. We hope to be able to handle the demand without expanding our operation so we are attempting to keep our overheads under control. We prefer to avoid the payment processing agencies as they are costly for a small business to absorb and it is our aim to keep the cost to you as low as possible.
We wish Rosey Parka to remain something special so we don’t intend to flood the market. This means that you are less likely to meet someone on the street or in the fields wearing an identical raincoat!
Although the Internet is ideal for many products, when it comes to buying clothes we feel it is sorely lacking . The photographs may be wonderful but they cannot truly convey the lustre and beauty of the colours, nor do they allow for you to experience the lightness and quality of the fabric. So, although we are happy to sell via the Internet as we know that not everyone will be able to visit us at our retail events, selling online is not our main focus.
In this increasingly security conscious age we feel that allowing you to communicate with a real person is preferable to you entering all your personal information into an anonymous database on the Internet. We promise to never keep your card number, address or telephone number on any list that could potentially be accessed by another computer or stolen from our office. We take identity theft very seriously and are determined that you will not become a victim through your contact with Rosey Parka.
We are unable and unwilling (in an attempt to avoid contributing to the ever growing clothing mountains) to stockpile large amounts of garments. Consequently, we don’t have a sophisticated stock database. At times, your desired garment will not be in stock so we prefer to be able to contact you by email immediately and give you a realistic estimated delivery date. We will not ask you for payment until we have your item in stock.
On a personal level we hope to avoid becoming slaves to the computer and desire to keep some spontaneity in our lives. From time to time, you may log on to our website to find us “Gone fishing”! You will still be able to email us and rest assured, when we return from our travels (sometimes we’ll be sourcing and designing new Rosey Parka items for your delight) we will answer queries and process orders on a first come first served basis.
Finally, and most of all, we want to get out and about meeting our customers face to face at our retail events. You get to try on the coats to find which style and colour is right for you and we get to share your joy in finding the perfect raincoat. We prefer that you try before you buy so we can be sure that you are 100% happy with your choice. This minimises returns for us and disappointments for you.
