Returns and exchanges
Returns
We hope to have captured your heart with our loveable rainwear but we know that sometimes, things just don’t work out as we would like. So, if you wish to return your Rosey Parka please, before putting it in the post, contact us by email to let us know what you want to return and why. We can then give you an address and a returns number which is to be written on all correspondence and emails. Please also remember to write your name inside the parcel so we can be absolutely sure who it’s from. In almost every case will be happy to give a full refund. As a small company we request that any item you wish to return is sent back to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We apologise, but we must ask you to return the item at your own cost unless the return is the result of an error on our part. We recommend using a signed for service (Recorded or Special delivery) for your return so it can not go astray.
Exchanges
We don’t always make the right decisions particularly when it comes to choosing colour and styles so if you decide you wish to exchange your Rosey Parka then please email us first to check availability of your preferred colour or style. We will give you an exchange number to be used in all correspondence and emails. Please also remember to write your name inside the parcel so we can be absolutely sure who it’s from. Return the item to us unused and in its original packaging as soon as possible (within 14 days) and we will replace the item as soon as we can. We apologise, but we must ask you to pay for the cost of returning the item for exchange but we will pay postage on the swapped item. We recommend using a signed for service (Recorded or Special delivery) for your return.
Although we will make every effort to keep all colours and styles permanently in stock, there may be occasions when we do not have your preferred replacement. If this is the case, we will inform you by email and let you know how long you may have to wait for a replacement. If the length of wait is unacceptable then we will, of course, offer you a refund.
Terms and conditions
None of us like this bit do we? But, unfortunately, it’s a necessary evil to protect both you and us so please grin and bear it. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. I

1 When you purchase from the Rosey Parka website a contract is formed which requires
that the goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and

3 You agree that all the details you provide to roseyparka.com are accurate, current and complete. The credit/debit card used for purchase should belong to you and there should be sufficient funds in your account to cover payment.
4 You agree to email being used as the method of communication for all queries, complaints and requests.
5 It is a crime to knowingly use a invalid credit/debit card to make an order. It is also a crime to use a false name.
6 Rosey Parka reserve the right to terminate our agreement if you fail to make payment, breach any of our terms and conditions or if we suspect that you are involved in fraudulent or illegal activities which affect Rosey Parka.
7 No contract of sale exists between us until we accept your order by despatching the product to you. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email to the address supplied.

10 The delivery times stated are approximate.
11 If you have requested a delivery outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied on the goods imported. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for details.

15 We have tried very hard to prevent Internet fraud but we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a security breach in our secure computer server.
16 We have no liability for delay in delivery if the event is outside our control, including strike action, disputes, fire, flood, vandalism, explosion, or any similar events.
17 It is possible that this website may be occasionally interrupted and may have errors from time to time for which we cannot be held liable.
18 We cannot guarantee that the website is free from viruses or bugs but, of course, will do our utmost to ensure that this does not occur.
19 By using the Rosey Parka website you are consenting to the collection of your personal email details in order for us to update you with news and offers. If you would rather we didn’t contact you then let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.
20 All our prices on the website are quoted in British Pound Sterling and include 17.5% VAT. We don’t intend to change our prices once stated on the website but we do reserve the right to change them without notice in the unlikely event that something happens that we hadn’t bargained for.
Rosey Parka is nothing like her cousin Nosey Parka. She is very good at keeping secrets. We make you a promise not to pass on or sell your email address or your personal details to anyone. Rosey Parka takes your privacy very seriously and we will do our best to protect your information whilst in our care.
When you give us your email address you will be automatically added to the Rosey Parka’s Friends mailing list. This means we may contact you from time to time with news of special events and of product updates. If you’d rather we didn’t then please let us know and we will remove you from the list.
